As the Safety Manager at Almasi Companies, my role involves ensuring that our workplace is always in compliance with safety standards. This includes proper use of PPE, regular equipment inspections, understanding daily schedules and tasks, and maintaining mental wellness. I focus on keeping the lines of communication open with my team to ensure everyone is on the same page and feeling good about their work. My primary goal is to uphold safety and well-being in compliance with OSHA and specific client standards.

What is Your Favorite Part of the Job?
I love that Almasi supports me and gives me the freedom to perform my job without micro-managing. They put a lot of trust in me, which has helped me become a better safety manager. Being part of such a supportive and trusting team is truly rewarding.
What is the Best Piece of Advice You Have Received?
The best advice I have received is to be the best you can be every day. Putting your best self forward shows in your work. When you take pride in what you do and love your job, it is noticeable and positively impacts those around you. A positive mindset and attitude are contagious.
Fun Fact: What Would People Be Surprised to Learn About You?
People might be surprised to learn that I love horseback riding. I go as often as I can, and I make it a point to ride horses whenever I travel to places like Mexico, Costa Rica, Turks & Caicos, and Jamaica.
