ALMASI COMPANIES

At Almasi Construction, we believe in shining a spotlight on our incredible team members who make our company thrive. Today, we introduce you to Bill Almasi III, the 4th generation of Almasi, and a man who wears many hats within our organization – from operating equipment, safety representative to serving as project superintendent.

A Lifelong Passion Turned Career

Bill’s connection with Almasi Construction runs deep. In fact, he started his journey at the young age of 14. But even before that, his passion for the industry was sparked when he first operated equipment on his family’s property at the age of 8. It was clear from the start that Bill was destined for a career in construction.

“I’ve always had a fascination with heavy machinery,” Bill explains. “It’s like second nature to me, and I knew I wanted to build a career out of it.”

Favorite Part of the Job

When asked about his favorite part of the job, Bill’s eyes light up with enthusiasm. For him, it’s all about the camaraderie and shared sense of purpose.

“What I love most about working at Almasi is that we’re all working towards the same goal,” he says. “It’s like being part of a well-oiled machine – everyone working together seamlessly. The best feeling is when we accomplish a project as a team. It’s like seeing the team win together, and that’s truly special.”

Words of Wisdom

Over the years, Bill has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, and he’s more than willing to share some invaluable advice with his colleagues and newcomers to the field.

“One piece of advice that has served me well is to under promise and over deliver,” Bill advises. “It sets the bar high and ensures that our clients are pleasantly surprised by the results. It’s all about exceeding expectations.”

A Surprising Hobby

While Bill’s dedication to his work is unwavering, he also has a surprising hobby that many may not expect. On the weekends, you’ll find him out on the paintball field, embracing the adrenaline rush and strategy that comes with the game.

“It’s a fun way to unwind and stay sharp,” Bill admits. “Paintball challenges me in a different way, and it’s a fantastic way to bond with friends.”

Family Man

Beyond the construction site and paintball field, Bill resides in Woodbridge, New Jersey with his wife, Christina Almasi. His 18-year-old son, William Almasi IV, is also a part of the Almasi family legacy, working alongside his father in the family business. He also has a 16-year-old daughter named Avery.

For Bill, family and career go hand in hand. “I’m grateful to have a family that shares my love for construction,” he says. “It’s not just a job; it’s a way of life, and it’s something we’re all deeply committed to.”

Bill Almasi, III embodies the Almasi spirit – dedication, teamwork, and a passion for excellence. We’re proud to have him as a vital part of our team and look forward to many more years of success together. Thank you, Bill, for being a part of the Almasi family.
