Project Highlights: Almasi was awarded the sitework and utility installation for the Department Expansion
Challenges: The project was divided into several phases that must be completed prior to mobilization to the next while the hospital was at capacity due to COVID. Almasi continued to work safely while respecting the privacy and urgency of the patients and staff. The team also replaced the main township sewer line that was 16’ deep and ran under the glass enclosed connector bridge. This required machine operator finesse to install the shoring without damage and 24 hour monitored bypass pumping.
